I LOVE MICHELADAS — EVENT LIABILITY AGREEMENT (21+)  This is a 21+ event. By purchasing a ticket and attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a live event, including crowds, loud music, alcohol consumption, mechanical rides or activations, slips or falls, food and beverage consumption, and potential exposure to illness.  To the fullest extent permitted under California law, you release I Love Micheladas LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, vendors, and venue operators from liability for claims arising out of your attendance, including claims based on ordinary negligence. This does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.  You waive California Civil Code §1542 and agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, on an individual basis. No class actions or jury trials.  Alcohol will be served. Please drink responsibly. Failure to comply with Event rules may result in removal without refund.

Updating the email will generate a new ticket and send the ticket email to the new recipient and or email. This ticket will NOT be valid. Contact events@ilovemicheladas.com for help.
