If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders may be eligible for refunds in accordance with the ticketing platform’s policies. Event delays, talent substitutions, or lineup changes do not constitute cancellation.

By entering the event, attendees grant permission to the event organizers and partners to capture photographs, video, and audio recordings during the event, including for promotional, marketing, editorial, and social media purposes, without compensation to attendees.

Attendees must comply with all venue rules and instructions from event staff and security personnel. Disruptive behavior, harassment, violence, illegal activity, or failure to follow event policies may result in removal from the event without refund.

All personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
